What is the Best Exercise for the Heart?

An all Round Exercise Program is Best, but with the Emphasise on Aerobic based movements, which are essential for Increasing your Heart and Lung Health, however Strength, Flexibility and Stability Activities are also required for an all round Fitness Programme.

Cardiovascular Activities are best done in a controlled environment with a Qualified Cardiac Practitioner!

Happy Hearts classes can be Suited to individual needs. Each Participant is watched at all times as we have Team Members monitoring and interacting with both Group and Individuals to ensure all participants are exercising within there own safe levels.
