’’I was staying with my friend following her Angioplasty, she takes part in the Happy Hearts classes with Salli and she invited me to join in, which I did. I took part in two classes online and then attended a class in Shaftsbury...It was amazing, I was so impressed by the team and their care and attention to each and every person in attendance. It was so good to see so many people of all ages and abilities enjoying the work out highlighted by fab music. The atmosphere throughout class was fun, encouraging and above all exercise with a Defo Feel Good factor.
I live in Norfolk but will be signing up to an online class.’’
